If the DLC report is incomplete, qualified candidates may run from the floor for any position for which the DLC did not nominate the required number of candidates
Qualified candidates may run from the floor for the position of Club Growth Director and Division A, Division C & Division D Director.
All candidates who intend to be floor nominees, must notify the District Director of their intention seven days prior to the Business Meeting.
